Karen Charman is a certified EFT practitioner. She holds certifications in The Emotion Code and Body Code, and is a BioSET practitioner. She is also an award-winning investigative environmental journalist and has a Master’s degree in journalism from Columbia University.

Karen recognizes that all people are uniquely gifted and worthy of being their best, happiest, and healthiest self. She is passionate about helping people clear away the layers of energetic stress that gum up the works and get in the way, whether it manifests physically, emotionally, behaviorally, or spiritually. As a highly sensitive person with a lot of childhood trauma and subsequent life-altering health challenges, this has been her journey. After successfully dealing with Multiple Chemical Sensitivity, multiple food allergies, fibromyalgia, and more with BioSET, she began her energy healing training in 2010 with Dr. Debra Singer at Healing Arts & Chiropractic in Albany. Karen has had a private practice since 2013.

Karen is naturally curious, highly intuitive, and very good at quickly zeroing in on core issues. Peter Blum, C.I., C.Ht., M.S.C., has had a private practice of Ericksonian hypnosis and NLP since 1987. He was awarded Instructor of the Year by the Nat’l Guild of Hypnosis in 2004,, and in 2009 inducted into the Order of Braid - a lifetime achievement recognition. In 2018 Peter was awarded “Life Fellow in Hypnotherapy” by the International Medical and Dental Hypnosis Association. Jesse graduated from the Florida School of Massage in 1994 and later advanced her studies in Massage Therapy and a wide variety of new modalities at the Center for Natural Wellness School of Massage Therapy in Albany.
