Currently there are 3 Locations: Woodstock, Phoenicia and Kingston, New York!
How to sign up for the Woodstock or Phoenicia Locations (No appointment necessary for the Kingston Community Clinic):
Please call each clinic location to sign up. We begin taking appointments approximately 2 weeks prior to the clinic date. You will be asked what treatment you would like to receive and the approximate time you’d like to come in.
Appointments are required for Woodstock and Phoenicia only. No appointment is necessary for the Kingston Community Clinic.
What to expect
Your first time to our clinic, you will need to fill out some forms, so please come about 15 minutes prior to your appointment time.
At the Phoenicia clinic, you will have a set appointment time with a specific practitioner, so it is important that you arrive on time. You will sign in, then one of our volunteers will take you to your practitioner. We strive to keep the waiting time to a minimum.
The Woodstock and Kingston clinics are scheduled a bit more loosely. When you make your appointment for Woodstock, you will be asked which treatment modalities you would like to request. Our triage/intake person will determine which treatment(s) you will receive depending on practitioner availability and appropriateness of the modality for your condition. Waiting times can be a little longer at these clinics, but the upside is that if you have the patience, you may receive more than one treatment!
